Application Process
Once you have made your application for a Nursery placement by submitting the Application Form and the relevant supporting documents, we will log your application.
We will not make contact with you until the Term before Enrolment. There will be specific cut off dates in place (per term). Any applications received after the Cut Off dates will be added to the Waiting List.
Once we begin processing applications using the assessment criteria noted in the Nursery Policy, we will make contact with you to finalise the requirements for the placement. (In the event there are changes to the original application).
All applications received by the deadline will be assessed and we will contact Parent(s)/Guardian(s) via email to confirm whether you have been successful/unsuccessful in obtaining a placement. Any applicants that have not been successful will be advised of the reason and given the opportunity to remain on the Waiting List.
Successful applicants will be invited to attend Old Park for a Meeting with the Nursery Lead. All relevant information relating to the placement will be sent via email and the Annual Calendar will note any events that may be applicable to Nursery Students (to assist with future planning).
