Key Information

See below for key information regarding the school day.

Late Arrival and Collection of Children

In the morning school gates close at 8.45am. If you are later than this, you will need to bring your child to the School Office to sign them in. This will be recorded as a late on your child's attendance record.

If you know that you are going to be delayed at collection time, please contact the school as soon as possible.  Upon late collection, parents will need to sign children out. In all cases, if a parent/carer does not arrive, then the children will be taken to the Main Office to await collection.

If they are not collected on time, the Main Office will call the Emergency Contacts noted on the child's contact list.  Should your child's collection become persistent, to safeguard them, they will be placed into our After-School provision.

Snack

Snacks for years 1 to 6 are not available to purchase;  parents will need to send in a healthy snack for their child/ren.  Nursery and Reception receive a healthy snack that is provided by the school, and parents make payments via Arbor, School Shop.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Collection

Pupils who attend after-school sports/activity clubs (not the After-School Provision) are usually collected at 4.10pm from the Woden Road North – Quad Entrance (unless stated in the details of your club letter). The safe handover of pupils at the end of the school day is of great importance to us.  If you have any queries regarding these arrangements, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Breakfast Care Provision

Breakfast Care Provision is a very popular service that provides parents with childcare provision from 7.30am. More information can be found on the Breakfast Care Provision page of the website. Please contact the School Office for availability.

After School Provision

We currently provide an After-School care provision from the end of the school day until 5.30pm.   Pupils staying at the After-School provision will be collected from their classes at the end of the school day. More information can be found on the After-School provision page of the website.
